Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange one or more products within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the identification tag and seal intact.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN

You can exchange or return your order:

• by courier

• in our shops

In the first case the shipping costs of the return/exchange is borne by the buyer, in the second case there are no fees.

Don't forget to include these information to help us process your request as quickly as possible:

• Name and surname

• Telephone number

• Order identification number

• SKU code of the item(s) you want to return or exchange

• Reasons of the return/exchange

• Your wish to exchange the product or to be refunded

Once your request has been processed, we will send you the address to which you can send back the items or we will notify you of the possibility of making the return/exchange at the shop of your choice.

We will check the conditions of the items returned/exchanged and refund the amount spent on the same payment method as the original payment.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns communicated or returned after the 14 days window, or not in the same condition as when they were received.
